摘要 规范脑卒中后病人的营养管理,首先应建立营养风险评估体系。现综述脑卒中后营养风险评估的研究进展,旨在为脑卒中后的营养管理,对改善病人营养护理对策提供帮助。 Nutritional risk screening is the priority for nutrition support after stroke.The advance in nutritional risk screening after stroke was reviewed in order to provide assistant information for post-stroke nutrition support and nursing care.
