摘要
目的:测定叶酸缺乏对人乳腺细胞HBL-100和乳腺癌细胞MCF-7凋亡的影响。方法:将HBL-100和MCF-7细胞在叶酸缺乏的培养液(实验组)和正常培养液(对照组)中培养30 d,用电镜和流式细胞仪测定叶酸缺乏对HBL-100和MCF-7细胞凋亡的影响。结果:HBL-100细胞在两种培养液中生长30 d后,观察结果显示叶酸缺乏可引起HBL-100细胞凋亡增高,而对MCF-7细胞凋亡率则无影响。结论:叶酸缺乏可增加HBL-100细胞的凋亡率。
Objective:To deuermine whether folacin deficiency affects the apoptosis of HBL-100 and MCF-7.Methods:HBL-100 and MCF-7 were cultured in a medium either in the absence(experimental group) or presence(control group) of folacin for 30 days.Apoptosis was evaluated by FCM and electron microscope.Results:In the HBL-100 cell line of experimental group,compared with the control group,after 30 days of culture,apoptosis was significantly higher,whereas MCF-7 not.Conclusion:Folacin deficiency increases the ratio of ap...
