对航海专业学生心理健康的调查研究

Research on Mental Health of the Navigation Major Students

目的探讨航海专业学生的心理健康问题。方法本文采用问卷调查法、数理统计等方法,对大连海事大学航海专业学生的心理健康问题做出分析研究。结果有31%的学生认为自己伴有精神压力,压力来源排序在前两位的是毕业分配和生活空虚,并且有87%的同学认为应该设立心理咨询,这说明绝大多数的航海专业学生已经可以很客观地看待自身问题。结论航海专业学生存在一定的的心理健康问题,教育工作者应予以关注,并应加大开展心理咨询工作的力度。
