摘要
目的比较奎硫平与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法把入组对象随机分为研究组和对照组,以阴性与阳性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,以副反应量表(TESS)评定副反应,以世界卫生组织生活质量问卷(WHO-QOT-100)评定生活质量,观察16周。结果两组PANSS评分2周时统计学分析差异显著(P<0.05),至16周时仍存在显著差异(P<0.01);对阴性症状治疗8周时,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01),16周这种差异很显著(P<0.01);两组TESS评分治疗后2、4、8、16周均为显著差异(P均<0.01);两组的WHOQOT-100评分除环境维度外,其余维度评分与对照组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论奎硫平与氯丙嗪相比能较好、较快改善精神症状,较好地提高病人的生活质量。
