青少年SOC策略的应用与主观幸福感的关系

Aplication of SOC Strategie in Adolescence and the Relationship between it and Subjective Well-being

目的探讨青少年SOC策略的发展情况及其与生活满意度、积极情感、消极情感的关系。方法采用SOC策略问卷及Diener等编制的主观幸福感量表对600名青少年进行测量。结果1SOC策略的性别差异不显著;SOC与年龄成正向线性关系;2SOC对主观幸福感有显著的预测作用。结论SOC策略的发展有其独特的年龄特征,越是较多的使用SOC策略则生活满意度水平就较高,较多积极心理体验和较少的消极心理体验。
