摘要
目的探讨开设朋辈心理咨询课程对高职大学生心理健康水平的影响,为高职院校开展心理健康教育提供新的形式。方法选取高职大学生66名,采取团体心理训练的形式,用卡特尔16种人格因素测验(16PF)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行前后测。结果SCL-90前后测强迫、抑郁、敌对、偏执因子均有差异;16PF人格测试中,持强性和敏感性、敢为性前后差异十分显著;紧张性、忧虑性后测分低于前测,前后有显著差异;稳定性后测分高于前测,有显著差异。结论在高职院校开设朋辈心理咨询课程有助于提高高职院校大学生心理健康水平,有助于建立互助助人的校园文化。
