Developing Logistics to Energize Economy in Northeast China

根据东北地区的物流现状,分析导致其落后的原因。针对存在的问题,作者提出先根据当地实际地况规划硬件设施建设解决基础薄弱问题,然后通过引进外部企业、加强区域竞争的方式改变区域内物流发展滞后、观念陈旧、产业落后的状况,最后通过人才培养从根本上解决物流管理问题。
