摘要
随着国家综合实力的增强和人民生活水平的普遍提高,人们的生态需求凸显,林业政策针对社会需要,作了相应的重大调整。本文对生态政策的基本内涵进行诠释,并对生态政策的应用进行评估,依据各方专家意见提出现行的生态政策目标预期过高、成本偏高等问题。
