推进高职教育创新,优化高职发展环境

Promoting Innovation and Optimizing Environment for Higher Vocational Education Development

近年来,高等职业教育有了很大的发展,规模迅速增加。但是,制约高等职业教育发展、特别是质量提升的许多深层次问题仍然没有得到根本解决。其中,社会观念落后、投入不足和政策环境不利是制约高等职业教育又好又快发展的主要因素。本文认为,高职院校要进一步更新教育观念,面向市场,面向需求,面向岗位,大力推进企校产学合作,提高职业教育的就业率;各级政府和社会要加大对高职教育的投入,改善高职院校办学条件,提高对学生的吸引力;国家应积极研究改善高职招生政策,构建职业教育立交桥体系,为高职教育发展创造良好政策环境。
