摘要
大学学科组织的生成规律是制订大学规划与开展学科建设的重要依据,大学学科组织的生成是内在基因与外部环境合力的结果,作为组织形态学科的生成其内部依据主要体现为知识形态学科的科学范式的形成,具体包括组织成员共同拥有的同一话语体系、学科信念、同一价值取向和相同的研究工具;外部条件包括社会需求、政府支持、学校规划、良好的学科生态等方面。自然演变、自觉繁衍、外部催生、主动播种是大学学科组织生成的基本方式。
