摘要
资源观(Resource-based view)是企业战略管理领域的重要理论,资源观认为企业只有不断获得外部资源,才能够维持自身竞争优势。同样,对于大学来讲,要想在未来发展中维持优势地位,也必须积极寻找资源,取得外部支持。本文以印度理工学院为例,分析了其在资源观指导下快速发展的成功经验,希望能够对我国大学有所启示。
Resource-based view is an important theory in the field of enterprise strategic management,which proposes that only constant supply of external resource can guarantee the competitive edge of the enterprise.It is the same with university to maintain its competitive advantage by searching external supports.This paper analyzes the rapid developments of Indian Institute of Technology from Resource-based view,hoping that its successful experience can have some inspiration in Chinese universities.
