摘要
研究了部分端面微孔机械密封的液膜开启力、液膜刚度、泄漏率和摩擦力矩等密封性能的计算方法,并研究了微孔密度Sp、微孔深径比ε、微孔区域比α等密封结构参数对密封性能的影响规律,并与端面全区域开微孔机械密封的情况进行了对比。结果表明,微孔密度Sp≈0.2、微孔深径比ε≈0.02时,开启力、液膜刚度和泄漏率最大;摩擦力矩随Sp、ε、α的增加而降低。
The calculation method of the operation characteristics of fluid film opening force,stiffness,frictional torque and leakage of the partial surface texturing mechanical seals was presented.The effects of parameters such as Sp,micropore area density,ε,the ratio of micropore depth to diameter,and α,the ratio of micropore area width to sealing surface width,on the sealing performance were investigated,the results were compared with those of full surface texturing mechanical seals.The results show that the fluid...
