摘要
采用造纸工艺制备出4种不同Al2O3含量的碳纤维增强纸基摩擦材料。通过液体渗透法测试了摩擦材料的孔隙率。利用扫描电镜和金相显微镜观察试样形貌。通过惯量试验机研究了Al2O3含量对碳纤维增强纸基摩擦材料湿态摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:碳纤维在树脂基体中均匀分散,形成了大小不一的贯穿性孔隙;Al2O3含量对摩擦材料的孔隙率影响较小;随着Al2O3含量的增大,摩擦力矩曲线趋于平稳,摩擦因数升高,磨损率增大。
