摘要 采用造纸工艺制备出4种不同Al2O3含量的碳纤维增强纸基摩擦材料。通过液体渗透法测试了摩擦材料的孔隙率。利用扫描电镜和金相显微镜观察试样形貌。通过惯量试验机研究了Al2O3含量对碳纤维增强纸基摩擦材料湿态摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:碳纤维在树脂基体中均匀分散,形成了大小不一的贯穿性孔隙;Al2O3含量对摩擦材料的孔隙率影响较小;随着Al2O3含量的增大,摩擦力矩曲线趋于平稳,摩擦因数升高,磨损率增大。 Four types of carbon fiber reinforced paper-based friction materials with different Al2O3 content were prepared using paper-making process.The porosity percentage of the materials was measured by permeation method.The surfaces of samples were observed by using scanning electronic microscope and optical microscope.The effects of Al2O3 content on friction performance were investigated using an inertia friction tester.Results show that carbon fiber is dispersed in resin matrix uniformly,and pores with differen...
