摘要
调查了2005年和2006年广州市76家各级医院的6项医疗业务指标实际完成情况。从影响医疗服务需求、资源配置、利用及费用等方面进行卫生经济学分析,并重点评价卫生公正性。认为在建设和谐社会中,卫生公正性是医改政策的价值取向。
The essay studied actual fulfillment information of 8 medical professional indexes of 76 all-level hospitals in the years 2005 and 2006 in Guangzhou.It conducted medical economic analysis from perspectives of influencing medical service demand,resources distribution,utilization and costs,and emphatically commented on health justice. The author is of the opinion that,in the process of building a harmonious society,health justice shall be the value-orientation of medical reform policy.
