套管磨损磨屑的定量定性分析方法研究

摘要 从理论上分析了正常循环的钻井液系统中磨屑浓度与井下套管摩擦学系统磨损速率之间的关系,证实可以通过对钻井液出口处的磨屑的收集和分析,及时发现井下套管及相关摩擦副的磨损变化。并根据现场监测的特点,选取单位时间磨屑浓度作为监测参数,利用统计分析法建立了自适应修正的磨损状态监测标准;讨论了套管典型磨损状态磨屑的形貌特征,利用这些特征,可对收集的磨屑进行分类识别,进而了解井下摩擦副在当前阶段所处的磨损性质,掌握套管磨损的主导机制,从而对磨损的严重程度和可能变化趋势作出评估。 The relationship between wear debris concentration in circulatory drilling mud and wear rate of tribo-elements in a well was analyzed in theory.It is proved that the wear condition of casing and tooljoints can be evaluated by analyzing the wear debris collected at the drilling mud exit.The monitoring standard with modifying adjustability was given based on statistic method by selecting wear debris concentration as parameter in accordance with the field operation conditions.The typical appearance characteris...
