传动系统磨损量的光谱数值分析与试验研究

摘要 提出了一种基于润滑油光谱分析的传动系统零部件磨损分析技术,通过建立新型分析模型并采用适当的数值计算方法,对光谱分析数据进行处理,从而得到传动系统各零部件在运行过程中的实际磨损量。将这一技术应用于传动系统零部件磨损试验中,初步验证了这一技术应用于传动系统摩擦、磨损分析、试验研究和运行监测及故障预测、判断的可能性,为今后传动系统摩擦、磨损分析、试验研究和运行监测及故障预测、判断提供了有益的参考。 The novel technology for wear analysis of the parts was developed to deal with the data of oil spectrum measurement in order to obtain the actual wear quantity of the parts on running.The experimental investigation of materials wear was achieved to verify the validity of the theoretical model and numerical method.The initial experimentation of wear analysis for a vehicle powertrain was done.It offers a powerful and efficient method to analyze and prospect the wear quantity of the parts for the research and ...
