摘要
设计制造了润滑油牵引力测量系统,包括传感器、传感器电路和由无摩擦铰链连接的刚性托架。采用该牵引力测量系统,在球盘试验机上对HKD-1型航空润滑油进行了不同工况下牵引系数的测量。结果表明:牵引系数的试验曲线光滑,数据准确,从而证明了自行研制的牵引力测量系统设计合理、精度较高。
The lubricant traction measurement system was designed and made,which consists of a quartz resonator force sensor,circuit of the sensor and a rigid bracket jointed by a frictionless hinge.The traction coefficients of lubricating oil HKD-1 were measured at various normal loads,rolling speeds,lubricant inlet temperatures and slide-to-roll ratios on a ball-disc traction rig by this traction measurement system.The results show that the traction test curve is smooth and the data is accurate.These demonstrate tha...
