磨料射流速度测量技术研究进展

摘要 对磨料射流两相速度测量和射流结构测量两方面的进展进行了综述。介绍了两相速度测量中采用的电磁感应法、旋转双盘法、激光-双聚焦法、激光-多普勒测速仪(LDV)、粒子图像速度场仪(PIV)、冲击力测量法,射流结构测量中的扫描X射线光密度测定和流动分离等技术的测量原理和实验方法,分析了各种方法的优缺点,指出PIV技术将成为今后磨料射流速度测量技术的发展方向。 Advances in the velocity and structure measurements of abrasive waterjet were reviewed.The principles and experimental methods of both velocity measurements including the electromagnetic induction,the rotary 2-disc,the Laser-2-Focus Velocimeter,the Laser-Doppler Velocimeter(LDV),the Particle Image Velocimeter(PIV),the impact force measurement and the jet structure measurements including the Scanning-X-Ray Densitometry,the flow separation technique were summarized.Their advantages and disadvantages were anal...
