摘要
根据综合传动结构特征介绍了磨合机制,利用空损和效率性能参数对目前综合传动台架负载磨合质量进行了评判,测试结果表明合理的负载磨合能够加快磨合速度并提高磨合质量。基于性能参数检测的综合传动台架磨合质量评判方法,是目前有效解决综合传动不开箱情况下进行磨合效果评判的另一种有效方法。
According to the configuration character of power-shift steering transmission,the running-in mechanism was introduced.The load running-in process was evaluated by testing the power lose and efficiency.The test result shows that load running-in can quicken the running-in speed and reduce the running-in time.Performance parameter monitoring techniques is one of the efficiency methods to judge the running-in quality of power-shift steering which can not be opened easily after running-in experiment at present.
