摘要
在CFD数值模拟和泵性能实验的基础上分析了至今仍不完全清楚的迷宫螺旋泵泵送机制;在多重坐标中,用剪切应力输运k-ω湍流模型近似模拟了三角形螺纹迷宫螺旋泵内流体的稳定流动;用泵的性能实验验证了提出的迷宫螺旋泵泵送机制。CFD模拟结果表明:迷宫螺旋泵转子螺槽和定子螺槽流体之间存在动量和能量传递。由于转子螺纹和定子螺纹形成的蜂窝体的存在,流体在轴向流动中反复从转子获得能量,因而泵扬程随流量减小近似线性增大。
