摘要
以自行研制的新型半金属汽车制动片为研究对象,探讨了一种新型耐高温粘结剂对半金属摩擦材料克服热衰退的影响。通过对使用不同粘结剂的摩擦材料的性能实验对比,证明这种新型粘结剂的优越性。通过定速摩擦擦磨损实验,分析了新型高性能粘结剂含量和制备压力对摩擦因数及磨损率的影响,得到了优化的制备工艺,为新型抗热衰退摩擦材料的研究提供了理论和实验依据。
