医用TZNT钛合金微磨粒磨损研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用TE66试验机研究了TZNT钛合金的微磨粒磨损行为,考察了磨损体积随滑行距离、载荷和液体介质的变化,并建立了TZNT钛合金的材料流失图。研究表明:TZNT钛合金的磨损体积随着滑行距离的增加而增加,但随载荷增加呈现的规律性不强,且相同条件下在Hank’s模拟体液中的磨损体积小于其在蒸馏水中的磨损体积。随着载荷增大,TZNT钛合金的磨损机制由三体磨损向混合磨损过渡;材料流失图中大部分区域为中等流失区,局部出现低流失区,无高流失区出现。 Micro-scale abrasive wear of TZNT titanium alloys was studied using a TE66 micro-scale abrasion tester.The influence of sliding distance,load and liquid medium on wear volume was investigated.Micro-abrasion wastage maps for TZNT titanium alloys were constructed.The results show that the wear volume increases with the increase of sliding distance,but with the increase of load,there is no good relativity between the wear volume and load.Under the same conditions,the wear volume of TZNT titanium alloys in Hank...
