挖泥船液压系统污染度在线计算机辅助监测 被引量:1

摘要 分析了目前国内挖泥船液压系统的污染监测现状,结合挖泥船液压系统的特点,采用国际上最新制定的ISO4406(1999)液压油污染度等级评定标准,确定了液压系统的目标清洁度等级,通过提取颗粒浓度和颗粒浓度梯度这2个特征,采用分级报警的方式来实现对液压系统的实时有效监测,实际证明效果良好。 The present condition of contamination control in the hydraulic system on dredge vessel in our country was analyzed.According to the feature of hydraulic system on dredge vessel,and adopting the latest evaluating standard of hydraulic oil contamination degree referred to ISO4406(1999),the target cleanness grade of hydraulic system was determined.Through picking up the two features of particle concentration and its grads,the contamination monitor of hydraulic system was realized by means of classification al...
