摘要
根据燃料电池的运行工况和压缩机体积小、质量轻、噪声低的使用要求,燃料电池空气压缩机采用无油润滑双涡圈涡旋式压缩机的结构型式。针对压缩机的结构特点,建立了双涡圈齿头型线修正方程和动涡旋圆盘与支架体之间缝隙泄漏数学模型,给出了压缩机功耗随缝隙宽度变化的试验结果,并对整机性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,压缩机排气侧增设冷却水道,可有效降低排气温度和压缩功耗。
According to the working condition of fuel cell and technical requirement of light weight,small size,and low noise for air compressor,the oilless twin-scroll compressor was used.Based on the structure characteristics of twin-scroll compressor,the equations of profile modification and the mathematics model for leakage between orbiting scroll and framework were founded.The experimental results of the power changing with clearance width and performance of twin-scroll compressor were given.The results show that...
