摘要
农地流转市场由市场主导的农地租赁市场和政府主导的农地租赁市场组成。两类市场虽各具特点,但都能够在某种程度上提高农村土地利用效率。提高农村土地地权稳定性是增加农民收入、解决"新三农"问题的突破口。
The rural leasehold market is divided into two parts including market-oriented leasehold market and government-oriented leasehold market,which have their own characteristics,but both can partly improve the efficiency of the agricultural land use.The stability of land property is the key to increase peasants income and settle the problem of neo-issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.
