摘要
大学生创造能力不强、创新素质不高是制约其成才的重要因素,也映照出了我国在大学生创新能力培养中的缺陷。发展创新教育,高校必须更新教育观念,增强创新意识;创新教学内容及教学方法;丰富实践教学环节;激发学生创新潜能;积极开展教学管理创新;改革教学评价体系;增强学生的创新意识;营造宽松、自由的创新制度环境。
The inferior quality of innovation of college students does not only restrict their success,but also reflects cultivation deficiencies of innovative ability of our country s college students.Universities and colleges should take countermeasurs to innovative education,such as innovation in education ideas,teaching management,teaching content and methods,practice teaching,and reform the teaching evaluation system.
