摘要
高校组建资产经营公司直接关系到产业规范化建设的进程和实效。本文探讨了股东有限责任的风险防范机制,提出只有避免财产混同,实现人格独立,资产经营公司才能真正起到避免学校承担无限责任风险,建立现代企业制度的"防火墙"作用。
The construction of assets management companies in universities is of importance to the progress and effectiveness of industrial standardization.This article discusses the risk prevention mechanism associated with share limited liability,proposes it is important to isolate personnel with assets to prevent universities to undertake unlimited liabilities.
