钴、磷、聚四氟乙烯复合镀层性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 用化学复合镀的方法,把聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)作为第二相加入到化学镀钴、磷镀液中得到复合镀层。改变还原剂次亚磷酸钠和全氟表面活性剂(FC-400)在镀液中的相对浓度,得到各种镀层表面成分;利用摩擦磨损试验机、电化学综合测试仪、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电子显微镜等分析复合镀层的摩擦磨损性能、耐腐蚀性能、表面形貌特性。结果表明:通过化学复合镀的方法得到钴、磷、聚四氟乙烯复合镀层,其平均厚度约为54μm,平均接触角(对纯净水)约为72°;随着次亚磷酸钠和FC-400浓度的增加,复合镀层摩擦因数明显变小,其抗磨损性能增加;随着FC-400浓度的增大,镀层的耐腐蚀性能变好,而随着次亚磷酸钠的浓度增大,腐蚀电流增加,镀层的腐蚀性能变差;复合镀层中主要含有Co、P、C、F元素,其中Co以单质的形态出现,元素F的出现,说明聚四氟乙烯已沉积到复合镀层中。 PTFE was added to the Co-P plating solution as the second phase,Co-P-PTFE composite coatings were prepared by chemistry composite plating method.The electroless composite coatings with various compositions were obtained by changing FC-400 content.The wear properties,surface appearance and anti-corrosion properties for these composite coatings were studied by X-ray diffraction,XPS,SEM,and so on.The results show that the wear properties and anti-corrosion properties are improved with the increase of FC-400 co...
