ZDDP与苯并噻唑衍生物的协同抗磨性能 被引量:5

摘要 利用四球试验机考察了所合成的苯并噻唑衍生物添加剂在液体石蜡中的摩擦学性能,并研究了含苯并噻唑衍生物(BSD)和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)的复配添加剂液体石蜡的抗磨性能,利用电子探针分析仪上分析了复配体系的作用机制。结果表明:合成的苯并噻唑衍生物在适当的添加量可提高基础油的承载能力,显著地改善基础油的抗磨性能;BSD与ZDDP复配使用存在着协同效应,在保持油品润滑性能的前提下,加入BSD可部分取代ZDDP,从而有效降低油品中磷元素的含量。 A benzothiazole derivative containing dialkyldithiocarbamate(BSD)was synthesized.The antiwear and load carrying properties of the additive and their synergistic effects with ZDDP were evaluated by four ball tester.The tribochemical mechanism was proposed.It is found that the additive BSD possesses good load carrying capacity,and exhibits good synergistic antiwear and load carrying properties with ZDDP.The additive BSD can replace ZDDP partly,and reduce the content of P in the lubricating oil.
