考虑固壁导热的活塞环-气缸套润滑摩擦特性的影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 在考虑活塞组-气缸套固体部件间瞬态导热的基础上,把柴油机缸内燃气、活塞、活塞环、润滑油膜、气缸套和冷却介质作为一个耦合体,将三维瞬态热传导模型和润滑油膜传热模型引入流体动压润滑分析理论,建立了活塞环-气缸套的三维非稳态热混合润滑摩擦模型。利用该模型对一6110型柴油机的活塞环-气缸套进行了深入研究,探讨了表面粗糙度、活塞环平均基准压力对该摩擦副润滑摩擦性能的影响。研究表明,活塞组-气缸套间的固壁导热直接影响活塞环-气缸套的温度场,进而影响到该摩擦副的润滑摩擦状况;随活塞环平均基准压力的增大,膜厚变薄,油膜温度增加,粘度减小,油膜摩擦热除上死点附近有所增加外,其余部分基本上没有变化,说明对活塞环-气缸套系统进行三维润滑摩擦分析是非常必要的;当表面粗糙度增加后,油膜厚度、摩擦热、温度都有所增加,油膜粘度相应减小。 Based on the transient heat conduction of solid components between piston assembly and liner,the in-cylinder gas,piston,piston ring,lubrication film,liner and coolant of diesel engine were simulated as a whole.A mathematical model to study the 3D transient thermal mixed lubrication and frictional performance of piston ring-liner was built by introducing both the 3D transient heat conduction model and the heat transfer model of lubrication film into the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication.The model was applie...
