摘要
研制了一种高耐磨精铸热作模具钢,分析了其热稳定性、热疲劳性能、耐铝热熔损性能和热磨损性,并与H13钢进行了对比。结果表明:经440℃或600℃回火后,研制的高耐磨精铸热作模具钢的硬度为HRC40~45,其热稳定性与H13钢相当,热疲劳抗力、耐铝热熔损性和热耐磨性均高于H13钢。
The thermal stability,thermal fatigue resistance,erosion resistance to aluminum liquid and thermal wear resistance of the new-developed high wear-resistant cast hot-working die steel were evaluated,their properties were compared with commercial H13 steel.The results show that the new-developed cast hot working die steel tempered at 440 ℃ or 600 ℃ possesses the same-level thermal stability with commercial H13 steel,and its hardness is HRC 40~45.The thermal fatigue resistance,erosion resistance and wear resis...
