深圳市分质供水模式的探讨

通过对深圳市缺水现状的分析,探讨深圳市分质供水的模式,提出深圳市应把污水资源化作为战略而落实。由此提出深圳市分质供水的理念,并指出深圳市分质供水的必要性和可行性,确定深圳市的分质供水模式是以城市主体供水系统为主、污水资源化的非饮用水供水系统为辅、雨水利用和海水利用为补充的供水形式,其中污水资源化的非饮用水供水系统主要是供给特区外较为集中的大工业区,包括沿途的城市杂用。它是污水资源化、优水优用及循环经济理念的重要体现,是满足城市可持续发展的要求。

The pattern of supplying water of differing quality using sewage recycling,and its implementation as a strategy,are discussed through an analysis of the water shortage situation in the city of Shenzhen,P.R.China.
