摘要 利用Aspen Dynamics软件对丙烯精馏塔的操作进行了动态模拟。结果表明,无论是进料量、进料组成还是回流量扰动,均对操作产生较大影响,主要体现在塔釜温度、冷却器负荷、再沸器负荷、塔顶及塔釜丙烯摩尔分数和产出量的波动上,尤其是塔顶及塔釜产出量不仅波动大,而且响应迅速,塔顶及塔釜丙烯摩尔分数的响应速度缓慢,波动持续时间超过8h;仪表调节规律对动态特性具有重要的影响。 The operations of propylene rectifying tower were simulated using Aspen Dynamics software.The results showed that the operations were influenced evidently by fluctuation of the amount and composition of feed and quantity of reflux.The temperature of tower pot,the load of condenser and reboiler,the mole fraction and the yield of of propylene in tower were fluctuated greatly,at the same time,the yield of propylene in tower responded rapidly,but the mole fraction of propylene in tower responded slowly,and the ...
