摘要
采用共沉淀法制备出一种用于生产1,6-己二醇的新型加氢催化剂,介绍了制备该催化剂的方法和工艺流程,并在自制的高压连续加氢微反装置上对其加氢性能进行了评价。结果表明,所制备的催化剂可在较低压力、较大空速下使用,并具有较好的催化活性;应用时的最佳工艺条件为反应温度225℃、反应压力6.0MPa、氢酯摩尔比175、原料体积空速0.3h-1;在此条件下,己二酸二甲酯加氢制备1,6-己二醇的酯转化率和醇选择性分别为100.0%,97.9%。
A new hydrogenation catalyst was prepared by coprecipitation technology for the 1,6-hexanediol production,and the preparing method and process were introduced.The hydrogenation performances of the catalyst were evaluated in a high pressure continuous hydrogenation microreactor made by author.The results showed that the catalyst was favorable under lower pressure and bigger space velocity condition,and had a better catalytic activity.The optimum reaction condition were: temperature 225℃, pressure 6.0MPa,n(H2...
