焦炉煤气发电方案研究与应用

Research and Application of Power Generation Schemes Using Coke Oven Gas

在简要回顾国内焦炭行业对焦炉煤气的利用情况后,提出了利用焦炉煤气进行发电的技术方案。并在对发电方案进行对比选择的基础上,提出了采用燃气内燃机实现焦炉煤气发电,进而对发电机组进行了选型;同时,提出了采用针形管余热锅炉对燃气内燃机所排出的烟气进行余热回收,用以生产蒸汽。应用效果表明,该系统具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,值得推广应用。

After briefly reviewing the utilization of coke oven gas in domestic coke industry,the schemes for power generation using coke oven gas are proposed.Based on the comparison and selection of schemes for power generation,taking coke gas to generate electricity by gas engine is put forward.Then the type selection of generating unit is completed.And adopting needle-type pipe waste heat boiler to recover waste heat of gas engine to produce steam is presented.According to the effect of application,the system has ...
