摘要
根据某汽油发动机开发的需要,对机体-气缸盖水套结构进行了优化设计,以保证整机的冷却要求。利用商业CFD软件对初始冷却水套设计方案进行计算,并对计算结果进行分析,指出流场存在的问题。根据分析提出三种优化方案,随后对优化方案进行计算、比较,确定了最后的水套结构。从优化结果可以看出,导流凸台和导流筋在水套结构优化的过程中起着重要的作用。
In order to meet cooling requirement of a gasoline IC engine design,the water-jacket structure was optimized.The flow field of the IC engine cooling water-jacket was calculated with the commercial CFD software.The result was analyzed and the deficiency of the flow field was revealed.Three optimization solutions were put forward based on the analysis.Subsequently,the optimized projects were calculated and the results were compared with each other.The optimized structure of the jacket was determined finally.F...
