摘要
论述了一种以监测、神经网络和一体化工作站为核心,具有智能监控功能为特征的高效经济运行换热器的监控装置。通过实时检测换热器冷、热两侧流体运行的有关参数,经过遗传算法优化计算求得其最佳的经济流速。在智能化的实时监控和变频调速下,使换热器能够在除垢期内逼近设计时的高效换热点经济安全运行,并为设备的预知维修和节能减排提供可靠的技术保证。
This paper studies a monitoring device of high efficiency and economical running intelligent heat exchanger which includes monitor,neural network and industrial workstation.By online real-time monitoring the related parameters of the cold and hot twin side liquid running of heat exchanger,economical liquil velocity is obtained by genetic algorithm.Thus,the intelligent heat exchanger can work economically and safely during the absterging cycle by approaching a point of the theoretically designed working cond...
