Impriving implemental Ability of Government In View of Local Inter-governmental Relations

良好的地方政府间关系是执行中央政策的重要条件。当前我国的地方政府间关系,在中央政策执行过程中存在诸多不适应性,如地方保护、地方结盟、共用地悲剧、地方冲突等,严重影响了中央政策的有效执行。有必要探讨当前地方政府间关系对中央政策执行造成阻碍的原因,并提出协调政府间关系、提升政府执行力的相关对策。
