Two countries between UK and USA made the Clayton—Bulwer Treaty because of the conflicts of Panama Isthmus in 1850.The treaty was the result of disputations between Britain and America,it had great influences in the diplomacies of two countries.The article tried to consider the diplomatic strategies of the two countries,the conflicts and compromises in Center America and so on in order to analyse the effects of the treaty.
