摘要 研究了钌(Ru)助剂在各种情况下对失活Pd/C催化剂的再生作用。结果表明:Ru助剂能消除苯甲酸加氢反应系统的CO,使失活的Pd/C催化剂再生,且其再生后的稳定性良好;含有Ru助剂的Pd/C催化剂,加氢反应后在恒温放置和适当地搅拌情况下,可以自动再生,其活性可提高0.02~0.03 MPa/min,且经恒温再生的Pd/C催化剂加氢反应后再进行第二次恒温再生,其活性还可以继续提高;经工业装置分离系统分离得到的Pd/C催化剂滤渣,因其Ru助剂含量高,在恒温流动状态下,这些Pd/C催化剂能自动再生,其活性高达0.10 MPa/min左右,接近新鲜催化剂的;Ru助剂也能改善苯甲酸原料的加氢性能,使因原料中杂质中毒而失活的Pd/C催化剂快速再生。 The effects of Ru assistant on regeneration of deactivated Pd/C catalyst for hydrogenation of benzoic acid were studied in different cases.The results showed that:Ru assistant could regenerate the deactivated Pd/C catalyst because it could eliminate CO yielded in the benzoic acid hydrogenation reaction,and the activity of regenerated catalyst was stable.The deactivated Pd/C catalyst containing Ru assistant could be regenerated automatically with proper stiring at the constant temperature,and its activity co...
