IL-15在类风湿关节炎治疗中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 IL-15是一种非常重要的致炎症细胞因子,它在类风湿关节炎中的表达机制尚不清楚。因而对类风湿关节炎的传统治疗,尤其是对TNF-α的抗体治疗,其效果不理想。随着免疫学的进一步研究,发现类风湿关节炎滑膜细胞表面能够持续地高表达IL-15,这提示IL-15在类风湿关节炎的发病机制中具有重要的作用。本文阐述了近年来IL-15对类风湿关节炎发病机制的研究中所取得的一些认识和进展,以期为以后的研究工作提供帮助。
