摘要
商务谈判是企业经营过程中很重要的环节,所以商务谈判人员应具备一定的素质和能力。在商务谈判人员素质的考察上应主要从气质性格、心理素质、思想意识、知识素质、身体素质等几个方面去要求。另外商务谈判人员应具有敏锐的洞察力、语言文字的表达能力和较强的逻辑思维和判断能力。
Commercial negotiation,as a very important element during the development of businesses,requires the negotiator to be of high quality and ability. The qualities,including characters,psychobiology,ideology,knowledge and physqus should be tested when judging a negotiator. In addition,the abilities of perception,expression logical thinking and judgment are on the demand.
