摘要
2007年,天津市住宅市场出现快速攀升,绝对价格较高的特征。房价的高歌猛进其根源是住房保障机制的不完善。因此,建立廉租房制度,使经济适用房从理想走向生活,并且抑制房地产外资和流动性过剩,将天津房地产市场在拉升和压制两股作用之间追求平衡,才能达到房地产市场的良性发展。
In 2007,residence market in Tianjin appears to quick increasing and higher absolute price characteristic. The source of high rising of the building price is because of an unperfected housing guarantee mechanism. Therefore we must build up low-rent housing system,make the ideal into real life,repress real estate foreign capital and mobility excess,and keep balance of real estate market in Tianjin between the two functions of rising and inhibiting,and then can we attain the positive development of real estate...
