摘要
随着对国有企业经营者采取股权激励方式的出台,并结合当前国有企业股权激励的现状与存在的问题,只有加强资本市场监管,发挥政治激励作用,充分发挥监事会作用,才能更好地防止和避免企业实施股权激励过程上出现的损害出资人利益的问题。
Along with adopting a share encouraging way to the state-owned enterprise managers, and combined with the present condition and existent problems, we find that only strengthen the capital market management, encourage the function of politics, develop the supervisor functions, then can we avoid the problems of injuring a property person s benefits in the process.
