To set up a harmonious society needs to construct harmonious culture. College library is the important vehicle of cultural construction and plays an important role in the construction of harmonious society. So college library should carry through the service principle of regarding people as the center, develop socialized service, try its best to elaborate its resources advantage, and bring its affection into play for the harmonious social construction.
