摘要 研究目的:研究击剑运动员阶段训练周期中Hb、CK、BU、T、C、WBC的变化规律及不同指标变化趋势的相互关系。实验对象与方法:8名广东省男子重剑运动员,在阶段训练周期中不同阶段结束后次日早晨7:30~8:00抽取肘静脉血,进行各指标的测试。实验结果:Hb比赛前后有显著性变化(P<0.05);CK 8周后具有显著性差异(P<0.05);BU无显著性变化;T 4周后与基础值相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),8周后具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);皮质醇比赛前后有显著性变化(P<0.05)。白细胞在整个训练期间无显著性变化。结论:血红蛋白、睾酮随着运动负荷的递增而下降,随运动负荷的减少而回升,能准确反映训练负荷的变化曲线;肌酸激酶对肌肉的训练负荷较为敏感,在运动负荷突增时急剧升高,血尿素的变化不明显,这和影响它的因素较多有关;整个训练期出现3个运动性疲劳期。 The purpose of this research is to study the changes of Hb,CK,BU,T,C,WBC,and to reveal their characteristics and relationship.The method is to draw the elbow blood in the early morning after exercise training from 8 Guangdong epee fencers for a test of Hb,CK,BU,T,C,WBC.The result shows that Hb of the epee athletes changes remarkably before and after a match(P<0.05);CK of the eighth week increases while compared before the exercise training(P<0.05);BU does not have any marked changes during the trainin...
