集美大学女篮竞技水平现状分析及对策

Competitive Competence of Women's Basketball Team of Jimei University

运用文献资料法、统计分析法、比较分析法、调查分析法等方法,对CUBA联赛中集美大学女篮竞技水平的现状进行比较全面、系统的调查,客观而深入地分析当前集美大学女篮的竞赛、训练、管理以及体制等方面的现状,找出女篮在发展中的成功之处与存在的问题。研究表明:集美大学女篮在身体素质、技战术等方面与CUBA优秀女篮运动队相比,还有一定的差距,应采用有效的训练方法以提高球队的整体水平。
