肺癌组织中微血管密度和bcl-2蛋白的表达意义及其相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肺癌组织中bcl-2蛋白表达与微血管密度(MVD)之间的关系及它们在肺癌发生、转移及预后中的意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测60例肺癌标本中bcl-2蛋白表达,以血管内皮细胞表面抗原CD34单抗标记测定肿瘤微血管密度(microvessl density,MVD)。结果MVD与肺癌的淋巴转移(P<0.05)、临床分期(P<0.05)相关;MVD表达高者预后差(χ2=7.24,P<0.01)。bcl-2与肺癌的组织分型(P<0.05)、非小细胞癌的分化程度(P<0.01)相关,而与肺癌的淋巴结转移、ptnm分期、生存率无关;bcl-2阳性组MVD明显低于bcl-2表达阴性组(P<0.05)。等级相关分析bcl-2蛋白表达与肺癌的MVD呈显着负相关(r=-0.375,P<0.01)。结论MVD是影响肺癌预后的重要因素;bcl-2可能在非小细胞癌中抑制组织中微血管的生成。但不是一独立预后因素。 objective: To invesitigate the relationship between the intratumoral microvessl density(MVD) and expression of bcl-2 protein in progress of lung cancer.Methods: The expression of bcl-2 in cancer tissue were measured by S-p immunohistochemical method in 60 cases of human lung cancer,meanwhile,anti-CD34 monoclonal antibodyies directed against endothelial markers were used to assay MVD in cancer tissue of these patients.Results: MVD was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and clinica...
