胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒的疗效观察

Researching for treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis by insulin infused with insulin pump unremittingly

目的探讨胰岛素泵持续皮下注射胰岛素(CSII)疗法对糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)的治疗作用。方法64例DKA病变患者随机分为CSII治疗组(33例)和常规治疗组(31例),观察两组的血糖达标时间、酮体转阴时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生情况。结果CSII治疗组血糖达标时间与酮体转阴时间与常规治疗组比较无显著差异,CSII治疗组胰岛素用量及低血糖事件发生率小于常规治疗组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论CSII治疗DKA可以达到与常规静脉小剂量输注胰岛素同样的效果,且简单方便。值得临床推广。
