摘要
提出了构建企业核心竞争力的思路,认为企业可以通过对内部资源与能力和外部环境的分析,识别自身竞争力状况,采用核心竞争力进行策略构思,再根据不同的条件采用内部经营性战略和外部交易性战略构建企业的核心竞争力。
The thesis suggests a way of constructing the core competence of the corporations.It thinks that corporations,through the analysis of the internal resources and ability and the external environment recognize their own competitive situation,and then according to different conditions,adopt the internal business strategy and external trade strategy to construct core competence.
